Some linens such as the large linen towel and the mens silk pocket square are unbleached natural fibers that will be an off white color that can vary from one batch to another. They may appear differently in the listing photos because they are from different batches.

I may, at my discretion, photograph and display an item purchased by a customer in a listing on my Etsy website.
There may be some variations in the designs, sizes and thread colors shown in the photos from the actual embroidered linens.
Please specify the location of all monograms; otherwise I will select the location. If the buyer does not indicate a monogram location, then I will place the monogram in the corner of most linens with the exception of towels.
The listing photos are examples and therefore do not represent all orders because each order is custom. Monogram sizes and placement may vary from one style of linen to the next and from one order to the next because each order is custom. The listing photos are only examples of options.
Some monogram styles are too large for top edge placement. All monograms from the Monogram III Chart can be placed in any location. If the buyer enters a custom monogram size in the order notes that will not fit in the designated space or is not an option, then I will adjust the size.
I do not embroider text other than dates and two or three words because text tends to bunch on the back due to the stabilizer and small tight stitching. Monograms are larger and the quality of the stitching is better with larger stitches.
On occasion I may need to make a substitution for your order of equal or greater value.
PROOF COLORS ARE COMPUTER GENERATED SOFTWARE COLORS AND NOT PHOTOS OF THE ACTUAL THREAD COLORS.
WHITE AND LIGHT COLOR THREAD IS NOT AS VISIBLE AS DARKER COLORS ESPECIALLY WITH TEXT.
Because all orders are customized and linens are ordered specifically for each order I do not accept order cancellations. It is sometimes possible to change an order before it is completed. Please send me an email to request an order change. An order change to a more expensive product or design will require an additional cost.
Natural fibers the are bleached or dyed may accept the processes differently from one piece to the next. Therefore, there may be variation in color from one fabric dye lot to another. This is to be expected and I do try to match colors whenever possible but I cannot guarantee exact matching.
DELIVERY SIGNATURE MAY BE REQUIRED
With some shipping carriers acceptance signatures may be required with delivery of more expensive orders. This is an added precaution to prevent losses.
I may, at my discretion, chose to insure your order at my own expense so that there is reimbursement for loss or damage by the shipper. I can also insure any order if you request it and pay for the insurance. It is possible that the insurance claim will be denied such as in the case of a package stolen after delivery. For added assurance of insurance coverage, signature with delivery should prevent theft after delivery.
The large linen towel is unbleached linen and varies in color from one batch to the next. Usually it is an ivory color and not white. The hemstitched linen towel is a bleach white.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

First Class Mail is not insured, therefore, the carrier and seller cannot be held responsible for shipment loss or damage. Separate insurance can be purchased for any order and can be found in the listings or link from an email to the seller.
If a shipment is deemed lost or damaged after delivery, the carrier may fail to reimburse any or all insurance purchased for that shipment without a signature with delivery, in which case the shipment is handed directly to the recipient or representative.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to select the shipping carrier of their choice and shipping class allowing a reasonable time frame for delivery with consideration of the time for processing.
Any estimated ship by date is an automated message and does not apply to any specific order because there is such a wide range of items, quantity and designs which are all hand made and take varying times to complete.
If you have questions about the potential completion time of an order please contact the seller directly by email before you place an order.
The seller is not responsible for damage or losses by the shipping carrier. All items shipped are non breakable and shipped in carrier’s own packaging for Fedex Express and Priority Mail.
Priority Mail and Fedex shipments are insured. Separate insurance can be purchased for any order and can be found in the listings or link from an email to the seller.
In addition, signature with delivery can be purchased at the buyers request or automatically with Fedex shipments with $500 value or greater.
Please contact the seller ASAP if your order is not delivered when expected or is damaged so that a claim can be started with a carrier. If a claim is made, please follow up with the necessary documentation for the claim.
A replacement order may not be shipped with failure to do so.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to select the shipping carrier of their choice considering any and all factors in addition to need by date, destination, preference, security, and others.
Additional security choices such as insurance and signature with delivery are the responsibility of the buyer and to be paid by the buyer. It is not the responsibility of the seller to suggest or recommend these additional shipping options. The buyer is solely aware of the security measures they deem important for the delivery address. And it is assumed that the buyer has previous experience shipping with a carrier.
Once an order is received by the carrier it is no longer within the control or responsibility of the seller.
Please contact the seller ASAP if your insured order is not delivered when expected or is damaged so that a claim can be started. The seller may be able to help you file a claim with a shipping carrier.
If a claim is made, please follow up with the necessary documentation
